Individual Psychotherapy

My practice is primarily focused
on helping you process painful or challenging life experiences, including trauma, grief, cultural dislocation, & life transitions or upheavals.

I will be your guide in navigating with care through the paths of your life that left you feeling scared, alone, and lost, so that you may feel held and understood.

I work with individuals on issues such as:

  • Living with the aftermath of trauma, including trauma that occurred early in life.

  • Family building, including fertility challenges or working through pregnancy loss.

  • Experiences of interpersonal violence and/or systemic violence

  • Caregiving fatigue, such as in cases of chronic or terminal illness.

  • Compassion fatigue or burn-out due to professional roles.

  • Grief work; death or loss of loved ones.

  • Challenges with cultural adjustments following immigration.

  • Relational difficulties that arise from inter/cross-cultural communication.
